Compete with Google Docs, Apple launches iWork

In addition to introducing the operating system iOS 7 and OS X Maverick in the event the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2013, Apple officially also introduced a number of new services. One is an integrated update iWork on iCloud service.

Since its first release in 2005, Apple now provides a number of improvements in the office applications. Data in a Microsoft Word format can now be easily converted and read using the iCloud application.

Applications are prepared to compete with Google Docs is getting easier for users open and edit the data directly. Reported by MacRumors, Wednesday (06/12/2013), now iWork can also be used on devices other than iOS and Mac.

If the previous iWork is compatible only to be opened through the Safari app, now you can access the data in iWork using the browser Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. But Apple says better experience exploring iWork fixed through the Safari browser on both Windows and Mac.

Unfortunately, these applications can not be used by general users. But Apple already present iWork apps specifically for the right developer on the first day WWDC event.
